Long Term Disability

Linn County offers employees a Long Term Disability plan through Madison National Insurance Company. Employees are automatically enrolled at no cost to the employee. 

If eligible, employee benefits include 66.66% of salary until age 65 or as determined by the certificate of insurance. Waiting periods for benefits vary by job classification.
