Deferred Compensation

Employees may enroll in an Internal Revenue Code (IRC) 457 deferred compensation plan and contribute to the plan through payroll deduction. This is an alternative retirement savings plan designed to supplement the IPERS and Social Security Benefits you may receive at retirement. This plan is 100% employee funded. Linn County uses Corebridge as their Deferred Compensation provider. Please contact Pam Corrick, if you are interested in opening a 457 deferred comp plan.
