Secondary Road Department

Core Functions

The Linn County Secondary Road Department maintains 1,147 miles of roads and 259 bridges. Approximately 378 miles (32 percent) of the road system is hard surfaced (asphalt, concrete or seal coat) and the remaining is rock surfaced.
