The Linn County Board of Supervisors presents Exemplary Service Awards each quarter to employees in the categories of Innovation, Teamwork, Customer Satisfaction, and Core Values. These four categories reflect the areas the County strives to grow and serve in while upholding and building its Customer-Centered Culture.
Employees are nominated for the awards by their peers. The Employee Recognition Selection Committee reviews the nominations and selects the winners for each category. The Board of Supervisors, along with the person(s) who submitted the nomination, presents the awards to the winners of each category.
In addition to the Exemplary Service Awards each quarter, the Board of Supervisors also recognizes years of service milestones and retirements of County employees.
