Reporting
All grantees will be expected to provide information for ARPA reporting and program evaluation. Reporting expectations include:
- Allow site visit for grant reviewers if requested
- Submit a Midterm Reporting Form (if the project is not completed by the 6th month after receiving funding)
- Submit a Final Report Final Reporting Form
- Submit copy of all receipts over $500 along with the Expenditure Reporting Form
- Contribute 1-2 photos or videos for Linn County Media
Reporting Due Dates

| September 15, 2023 | Round 1 (Spring 2023) Midterm Report due. If you were awarded FARE funds in March 2023 and you have not submitted a Final Report by this date, file a Midterm Report. |
| March 15, 2024 | Round 1 (Spring 2023) Final Report due. All projects must be completed, funds spent, and the Final Report submitted to close out the grant. File a Final Report. |
| April 14, 2024 | Round 2 (Fall 2023) Midterm Report due. If you were awarded FARE funds in September 2023 and you have not submitted a Final Report by this date, file a Midterm Report. |
| October 15, 2024 | Round 2 (Fall 2023) Final Report due. All projects must be completed, funds spent, and the Final Report submitted to close out the grant. File a Final Report. |
