General Information about Absentee Voting:

Absentee Voting consists of domestic mail absentee, in-person absentee “early”, satellite by petition, voting services to health care facilities, international and military personnel, and SAFE at Home.

Mailing of absentee ballots begins 20 days before election day.  The deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail is 15 days before election day.

In-person Absentee “Early” and satellite absentee voting can start 20 days before election day and stops the day before the election. 

International and military personnel ballots can be issued 45 days before election day and through election day.
