Effective 1/1/2024, Linn County offers Legal Services insurance through ARAG. The ARAG Attorney Network has over 15,000 attorneys ready to provide advice, counsel and representation for a wide range of legal matters including family law, government benefits, real estate matters, debt-related matters, civil damage claims, consumer protection, identity theft protection, criminal matters, small claims court, traffic matters, wills and estate planning, and tax services.
This benefit requires a full year’s participation.
Attorney fees for most covered legal matters are 100% paid in full when employees work with an ARAG network attorney, unless otherwise indicated in the plan details.
