This section provides a summary of Linn County’s comprehensive benefit plan that is available to full-time employees. All benefits for part-time employees (scheduled to work 20 hours per week or more) are pro-rated according to the number of hours worked per week.
Benefits for new employees start the first of the month following orientation.
