The County Auditor receives property values from the County and City Assessor’s, applies State rollbacks, applies local taxing entity rates, then transmits levied property taxes to the County Treasurer for collection.

Tax Increment Financing (TIF)

Local entities utilizing TIF are required to file an annual report by December 1st with the State. View tax increment financing annual reports.

Real Estate

The County Auditor is also responsible for maintaining real estate records by tracking all ownership transfers that effect taxation, including but not limited to deeds, contracts, and right-of-way easements.
