Services Offered
Our office is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding holidays. To ensure same day pickup, please arrive by 4:15 p.m.
You may contact our office at 319-892-5420 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may call our office to purchase a license over the phone with a credit card; however most licenses can be purchased from the Iowa DNR. We encourage the public to continue using these remote service options.
