Responsibilities
The Juvenile Division is responsible for the review and prosecution of juvenile delinquency cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to felonies,
Child In Need of Assistance, termination of parental rights, and mental commitments.
The Juvenile Division also provides training and assistance to the Department of Human Services.
