The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) is a federal law that makes it easier for members of the armed forces and certain overseas U.S. citizens to register to vote and cast absentee ballots. UOCAVA voters may request a ballot by using the normal request form, but they also have the option to use the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA).
The FPCA form is only valid for one calendar year. You must submit a new form each calendar year to continue receiving absentee ballots.
Completed FPCA form(s) can be submitted by mail or email.
