Projector Setup
To use a Linn County conference room projector, please complete the following steps in the order listed.
Connect to a Network
Connect a device to the Linn County network using one of the following methods:
- Wireless (primary connection method) - Wireless Network Access Video Instructions
- Wired (secondary connection method) - Wired Network Access via Ports with Green Dots Video Instructions
- Wired (Community Services Building only) - Wired Network Access via Special Ports Video Instructions
Download the Airtame Software
Download the Airtame software on your device. Information on how to download the software for different browsers and operating systems is listed below.
Windows
Compatible with Windows 7 or higher

MacOS
Compatible with OS X 10.9 or higher
Support for the Airtame software is not available through the IT Helpdesk as Linn County does not use Apple MacOS devices.
This link is provided as a convenience for MacOS users to obtain the software needed to use the projectors.
Start the Airtame Software and Connect to the Projector
Once the Airtame software is downloaded onto your device and started, connect to the projector.
