Environmental Justice Series: The History of Redlining in Linn County

Join Linn County Sustainability and GreenIowa Americorps members at the Lester Buresh Family Community Wellness Center in Mount Vernon for the first event in our Environmental Justice series!
This event will focus on redlining as a historical example of a local environmental injustice with a featured speaker from the African American Museum of Iowa.
The four-part environmental justice event series will take place throughout the month of April and will help participants gain an understanding of environmental justice and how it impacts climate-vulnerable groups.
