Creek Study and You

Get your hands in the water and dip into our creek study. Explore what’s in the mud; learn about plant and critter life, and practice fishing techniques. The Cedar Rapids Park and Recreation Dept., Iowa DNR and Linn CCD will cosponsor this youth stream study at Bever Park in Cedar Rapids. Those interested in signing up need to call 319-286-5566 to register with CRPR. Bring a sack lunch not needing refrigeration and a bottle of water. Dress to wade in the stream. Cost is $15 for residents and $19 for non-residents per 8–11-year-old student.
