[ARCHIVED] Linn County Community Invited to Develop Action Plans for Top Health Issues

Linn County, IA – A Linn County collaborative, Together! Healthy Linn, has identified Mental Health, Obesity, and Safety as the top three health related issues to focus on from 2019 through 2021. Community partners recently completed the Linn County Community Health Improvement Plan, and are ready to identify actions needed to improve the community’s health in these areas.

Community members are invited to help develop action plans for each of the issues. Everyone is welcome to join. Meeting dates and times for each issue are:

  • Mental Health: Tuesday, April 30, 2019, 2 - 4:30 PM 
  • Obesity: Thursday, May 2, 2019, 2 - 4:30 PM
  • Safety: Tuesday, May 7, 2019, 2 - 4:30 PM
