Satellite stations for early voting begin Oct. 13 in Linn County for the November 4, General Election. Eleven locations have been established for satellite voting during a three-week period and each week has its own theme.
College Week (October 13 to October 17)
Locations during this week are:
Monday October 13 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Kirkwood Community College – Iowa Hall Cafeteria, 6301 Kirkwood Blvd SW, Cedar Rapids
Tuesday October 14 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mt. Mercy University – Regina Hall, University Commons, 1330 Elmhurst Rd NE, Cedar Rapids
Wednesday October 15 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Coe College – Gage Memorial Union, 1220 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids
Thursday, October 16 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Cornell College – Cole Library, 600 1st St. SW, Mount Vernon
**Friday October 17 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. Center Point City Hall, 200 Franklin St, Center Point **Center Point is the exception to the college theme. It is a first-time satellite location.

Absentee ballots will be available for voters of all precincts in Linn County. Voter registration forms will be available for new Linn County registrations and registration changes.
The locations listed are in addition to the Linn County Auditor’s Office which is open for early voting Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
