Linn County Public Health will be hosting another virtual town hall Friday, April 17 at 12 p.m. The virtual town hall will be held via a GoToMeeting and focus on what individuals can do to improve their mental health and the mental health resources available in the community. Drew Martel from Foundation 2, Maggie Hartzler from Tanager Place, Christy Aquino from UnityPoint Health – Cedar Rapids, and Kathy Koehne from the COVID-19 Mental Health Branch will provide information and answer questions during the virtual town hall.
Community members are encouraged to submit their questions related to the topic of mental health via email to [email protected] with subject line “Friday Virtual Town Hall” by 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 16. Questions may also be asked during the town hall by using the chat function in the GoToMeeting.
