Linn County Public Health will be hosting another COVID-19 virtual town hall on Friday, May 1 at 1 p.m. The virtual town hall will be held via GoToMeeting and focus on information regarding personal finance, employment, and legal needs. Kelzye Bedwell from Horizon’s Financial Health and Wellness Program, Mike Witt from Iowa Workforce Development, Lisa Gavin from Iowa Legal Aid, and Jane Drapeaux from HACAP will provide information and answer questions during the virtual town hall.
Community members are encouraged to submit their questions related to the topics of personal finance, employment, and legal needs via email to [email protected] with subject line “Friday Virtual Town Hall” by 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 30. Questions may also be asked during the town hall by using the chat function in the GoToMeeting.
