Effective Tuesday, February 23, 2021, crews will begin work to install traffic signal improvements at the intersection of County Home Road and N Center Point Road. Improvements include traffic signals with dedicated turn arrows for the left turn lanes on both roads. The current, faded street signs will also be replaced during this project.
The intersection will remain open during the traffic signal improvement project, but there will be some lane closures as the contractor works around the intersection. The traffic signal at the intersection will also be in all-red flash at times requiring all vehicles to stop and proceed when clear. Work is expected to take one (1) day, weather permitting. A second day may be needed for sign installation.
