LINN COUNTY, IA –January 6, 2022 - Green Iowa AmeriCorps is partnering with various community organizations for a book drive now through January 16. Books are being collected to distribute back into the community for residents who may have limited access to books and other educational materials.

“Our purpose is to help provide books to underrepresented communities,” says Green Iowa AmeriCorps member Michael Garner. “We hope people will find some books they no longer use and drop them off to one of our partner locations. Together, we can help empower under-served children to read their way to a better future.”
