The Linn County Auditor’s Office is now accepting absentee ballot request forms for the June primary election. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is Monday, May 23, 2022 at 5 p.m.

Receiving an Absentee Ballot
The Auditor’s Office will begin mailing absentee ballots on Wednesday, May 18.
In-person, Absentee Voting
In-person, absentee voting will be available at the Linn County Public Service Center, 935 2nd St SW, Cedar Rapids from May 18 through June 6 during the following times:
- Normal business days from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Weekends (including Memorial Day and weekend) from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Saturday, June 4 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Please be advised many precincts and polling places have changed due to redistricting following the 2020 Census. The Auditor’s Office will be mailing polling place information cards to all registered voters on May 18. Keep an eye out for the yellow postcard. Voters may also find their updated precinct and polling place information by entering their address in the Elections Office online Lookup Tool.
