Mount Vernon Road SE to be closed June 6 & 7

 

LINN COUNTY, IA – June 2, 2017 –Mount Vernon Road SE is scheduled to be closed between Rosedale Road and Memory Lane Tuesday, June 6 and Wednesday, June 7. See the image below for the exact location. This stretch of road will be closed to all traffic for a culvert replacement. Mount Vernon Road will be closed at 6:00 a.m. Tuesday morning and will be open by Wednesday evening. There will not be a posted detour for this closure and traffic is encouraged to find an alternate route. All businesses along Mount Vernon Road will remain open at all time.
