The Linn County Board of Supervisors has awarded nearly $140,000 in economic development funding to 10 Linn County organizations.
Twenty-five organizations applied for funding with total requests exceeding $590,000.
The Linn County Economic Development Fund was established following the 2008 flood to foster and support economic growth and enhance quality of life throughout Linn County.
