Each year, Linn County joins the National Association of Counties (NACo) in celebrating April as National County Government Month. It is an opportunity to raise awareness of county services and programs and to showcase the County’s role in providing the core building blocks for a healthy, vibrant and safe community. This year’s theme is “Serving the Underserved.”
“Linn County is proud of the programs and services we provide to our residents,” said John Harris, Chair of the Linn County Board of Supervisors. “Our efforts, combined with efforts of counties across the country, are helping American communities thrive. I encourage all Linn County residents to learn about the services Linn County provides and how the county works to assist you and your loved ones.”
