How can I find out information on the Heartland Greenway Pipeline project?

The Iowa Utilities Board is the authority having jurisdiction over the Heartland Greenway's proposed pipeline. There are 37 scheduled public informational meetings including a virtual meeting on January 19, 2022.  Linn County Planning & Development does not review or have any authority over this project. Under certain circumstances, a floodplain permit or Conditional Use Floodplain permit may be required through Linn County Planning & Development.
